In this clip you see Miguel (from the Misak Indigenous tribe of Guambia in the Cauca department of Colombia) at the Cueva del Esplendor in Jardín, Colombia. Miguel shared two traditional Misak dances with me and how to give thanks to bodies of water wherever you are. We improvised with these movements and the Cueva brought forth new spirals that Miguel danced with during this moment.
